BA, International Affairs, The George Washington University
MEd, Curriculum and Teaching, Boston University

Working on our Learning Services team, Ainsley can trace back some of her strongest professional inspiration to a 3rd-grade research project she did on Rosa Parks. Captivated by her bravery and willingness to advocate for what she believed in, Ainsley carries that forward today as she strives to live an ethical life and sees how powerful educational experiences can be. For the students she works with, she hopes to see them grow in self-awareness, and become ethical and strong advocates for their communities. She loves coaching students on the journey to be their best selves, and is passionate about making schools a place where neurodivergent individuals thrive.

When not at Bay, Ainsley enjoys hiking, spending time with friends and family, enjoying good food and playing board games.

Precept affinity: We value generosity; we share, giving and receiving help.
“If we are intentional about being more kind and generous, our world will be a better place."
