Mike is a Partner and Executive Committee member at Shamrock Capital where he leads investments in the Education Technology and vertical software sectors. Prior to joining Shamrock in 2020, he was Managing Director and Co-head of the Global Technology, Media and Telecom Group at Harris Williams. Previous experience includes co-founding the TMT Group and serving as the Head of Internet & Digital Media at Sagent Advisors, leading the Internet & Digital Media practice at Wachovia Securities and the Communications & Multimedia practice at Wasserstein Perella. Earlier career work included investment banking at J.P. Morgan and as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs after graduating with a finance degree from Loyola University of Maryland. Mike's son, Cole, graduated from Bay in 2024.
