As a lifelong athlete and huge sports fan it seems natural that Erica ended up as a coach and in the field of athletic administration, yet it took some self reflection in her early 20's to figure this out. After starting the first girls softball program in San Francisco with Little League in 2001, she realized this was her path. Playing sports was one of the most impactful parts of her development as both an athlete and a person, and she hopes to continue to inspire those playing today. With the help of incredible coaches with high expectations and support, she learned the lessons of commitment, perseverance, teamwork, leadership, and time management, and is excited to those lessons come full circle in her role at Bay.

On a weekend, you can usually find Erica at one of her kids' sporting events, out on a run or walk, or spending time with family.
