Instructions:

Please request that your broker transfer shares to First Republic Securities, DTC#0443, to The Bay School of San Francisco, account #33L-007953. Contact the Advancement Office to advise of the stock type and amount and instruct the broker to add your name to a trailer on the transaction confirmation so that your gift may be properly credited.
