Bay Splash Giving Days
On April 18 and 19, Bay is raising funds for flexible tuition. Our goal is to raise $350,000. The Bay School now provides $4.7 million per year to bring in a broadly diverse student body and offer full access to this unique experience. Help us continue to grow this support!
This Year's Event
Bay Splash has had many iterations over the years—from parent-run gatherings in the Great Room to parties at Bimbos and BBQs in our parking lot—but it has always been about bringing our community together to celebrate one another and support this incredible school.
This year, in keeping with Bay’s spirit of innovation, we are once again changing things up…but don’t worry, the friendship, laughter, and fun(draising) that are always a part of Splash will remain!
Here’s what’s new for 2024:
We’ve loved celebrating outside with you in the parking lot the last two years, but this year we wanted to go BIG for our 20th Anniversary…and what’s bigger than an airplane hangar? That’s right, Bay Splash is moving from the parking lot to 937 Mason in the Presidio, a vintage airplane hangar by Crissy Field.
Bay Splash tickets are $35/person and can be purchased here.
The fun will start with live music and dancing, so grab your tickets today for the community building event of the year.
- 6 p.m. The party starts
- 7:30 p.m. Remarks from Head of School Luke Felker, followed by dessert and (more) dancing
- 9 p.m. Wrap up the fun
Bay Splash Giving Days
Bay Splash has always been part community event, part fundraiser, and this year is no exception…but, instead of asking you to stop, listen, and find your phone at the party, this year we’ll be doing ALL our fundraising during our first-ever giving days event. Bay Splash Giving Days will take place April 18 and 19, and our goal is to raise $350,000 for flexible tuition at Bay.
If you’d like to make a gift in support of flexible tuition before Bay Splash Giving Days launch or if you plan to make a gift through a donor advised fund or via securities transfer, please reach out to Emma Sonduck in the Advancement Office.
Community Parties
Community Parties are moving to the fall! This will allow us to offer more flexibility to our party hosts and to provide our new families the opportunity to participate right away,
Community Parties (sometimes called count-me-ins) are an important part of Bay’s commitment to building community. These parties are hosted by Bay community members and have a set number of seats available for purchase.
