Why did you choose to attend The Bay School?
My brother went here before me and was happy during his time here. He liked his teachers and his classes, and he wasn't super anxious about schoolwork all the time. I wanted to have a similar experience--and I have. I'm happy here.
What has been your favorite class taken at Bay?
Native American Literature has been my favorite class ever. We read some really great novels, and more importantly, our class community was the best ever.
What is your favorite part of the Bay community?
A lot of people here have my back. I appreciate that.
What has been your most memorable experience at Bay?
Most of my most memorable experiences at Bay have involved watching people present really thoughtful, vulnerable, and creative talks at Morning Meeting.
How has Bay prepared you for college and life beyond?
I'm prepared academically, without a doubt. I'm prepared to contribute to whatever new communities I become a part of. Most importantly, I've met people who I can look to for advice well into life after high school.
What advice would you give to prospective students who are considering Bay?
Pay attention to how you feel when you are on your visit campus.
