Why did you choose to attend The Bay School?
I chose to attend Bay because I felt really comfortable on my tour, and I really liked how the classroom felt.
What has been your favorite class taken at Bay?
My favorite class at Bay is Engineering because I really like being hands on and using power tools. I also liked it because I got see a creation of mine that I spent multiple weeks working on doing what I wanted it to do.
What is your favorite part of the Bay community?
My favorite part of the Bay community is how friendly it is. No matter who I see in the halls I always say hello to them, and I love that about our community.
What has been your most memorable experience at Bay?
My most memorable experience was my Bioengineering immersive. I have always wanted a hands on lab experience, and it was exactly what I was looking for.
As you are approaching your senior year, how has Bay prepared you for college and life beyond?
The college counseling department has done a great job at recommending schools to look at, giving insight into majors and future careers, explaining how to appeal to colleges, and making sure that we are ready to begin the college process coming into senior year.
What advice would you give to prospective students who are considering Bay?
I would tell them that they should go to the school where they feel most comfortable, whether that be the classrooms, the people, the activities, or even the location. No matter where you go to high school, your academic performance is greatly influenced by your experience at school, so I think it is very important to consider the things I said above.
