Bay Splash 2008

Bay Splash is an evening of sparkling conversation, cocktails, lively entertainment, and spirited bidding--all in support of tuition assistance and academic opportunities at the Bay School. We hope that all fellow Bay School parents and school supporters throughout the Bay Area community will join us for this fabulous evening on May 17, 2008.

The Bay Splash online auction opens one week prior to the event and runs from May 9th to May 16th. Our silent auction will be enjoyed along with cocktails and appetizers during the Bay Splash evening on May 17th in the Great Room on campus. Following the cocktail hour, the celebration moves nearby to the Herbst International Exhibition Hall in the Presidio for a catered dinner, dancing, and a live auction hosted by noted broadcast journalist Jan Yanehiro.

We are soliciting donations of auction items through mid-April and greatly appreciate all contributions! There are endless possibilities and we invite you to use your imagination as well as connections to assemble many enticing items. Need ideas? All donations are tax deductible and all businesses will be recognized in our catalog and on our Bay Splash Website if donations are received by April 18, 2008.  All sponsorships need to be received by March 15, 2008.
