Admission Events 2008-2009

A variety of admission events are planned throughout the fall and winter 2008-2009 admission season to introduce interested students and their families to the Bay School.

Open Houses
Open house events are scheduled throughout the fall admission season. Students and families receive an introduction to the Bay School from Malcolm Manson, Head of School, followed by a presentation of the school's academic, athletic, and extra-curricular programs. Bay School faculty members will conduct half hour sample classes. Refreshments are served with ample time set aside for questions and answers.

Student Visits and Interviews
Students planning to apply to the Bay School are encouraged to schedule a campus visit. During campus visits students attend sample classes and admission officers will discuss the application process in detail.

Please note: Due to the high volume of requests for campus visits conducted throughout the fall, available reservations are limited. Campus visits are not required, and acceptance decisions are not affected by whether or not a student has visited.

Interviews are required for all applicants. Conversational interviews provide students with the opportunity to ask questions, and allow the admission officers to get to know each student personally.
